Orofino x STEM, April 25–May 1
Join us for the Orofino Winery Takeover of Stem.
We’re kicking off May with a full wine list takeover by Orofino Winery, straight from BC’s beautiful Similkameen Valley. As part of this year’s BC Wine Month, we’re excited to welcome Orofino to STEM.
From April 25th to May 1st, every night from 5PM to 10PM, every wine on our winelist will be from Orofino! Each night (except Tuesday the 29th), Orofino’s master winemaker will come in person, chat with guests, and pour 3oz, 5oz, and 9oz tastings of their latest releases and some special bottles.
We’ll also have a special menu throughout the week which perfectly matches the wines.
Just book your table online like usual—if you’re dining with us on April 25th to May 1st, you’re part of the Orofino party.

- We’re closed on Tuesday, April 29th
- We’ll be open on Monday, April 28th – a rare Monday for us. It’s Industry Night, and we’d especially love to see our friends from the restaurant industry.
- Regular dinner service from 5PM to 9PM
