The holidays are here, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to STEM! We have created something special for you, whether you are catching up with old friends or celebrating with family. A special limited Holiday Omakase available until Christmas.
For groups of 7 or more, our Holiday Omakase is the perfect way to celebrate together. It’s all about sharing great food, great drinks, and great company—just as the holidays should be!
Here’s What’s on the Menu
For $72 per person, enjoy a family-style feast that includes:
- Three delicious appetizers
- A sashimi platter featuring premium Japanese Bluefin Tuna
- Crispy tempura prawns and seasonal veggies
- Tender skewers of Japanese A5 Wagyu beef
- An assorted sushi platter, including melt-in-your-mouth O-Toro (Bluefin Tuna Belly)
- A sweet dessert to end on a high note

No celebration is complete without some liquid cheer. Our curated selection of wines, sake, and bubbly is here to elevate your meal. Plus, we’ve added French champagnes and some of the most sought-after bottles of sake to our lineup—because the holidays deserve a little extra sparkle.
