We are so excited to invite Doi Sake Brewery, with a historic sake brewery from Shizuoka, Japan. You will enjoy 4-5 premium sake selections and a special pairing menu by STEM and dessert produced by acclaimed Pastry Chef, Kenta Takahashi.

Chef Kenta has been named Canada’s #1 Pastry Chef by Canada100 and Pastry Chef of the Year by Vancouver Magazine. He’s currently the Executive Pastry Chef at Boulevard—and one of the most exciting talents in the Canadian culinary scene right now.
