Until June 7th, STEM Japanese Eatery is supporting the Vancouver Aquarium through sales of its “West Coast Japanese Chowder”. This fundraiser is part of the #ChefsForVancouverAquarium initiative to #SaveVancouverAquarium.
This creamy chowder is made with Manila Clams, Smoked Pink Scallops, Crab Dashi broth, Ichiban Dashi broth, and Kyoto style Saikyo Miso. It’s a delicious mix of Japanese flavours with local West coast seafood. Enjoy the chowder hot at home, sprinkled with our popular rice cracker croutons.
Starting May 29th, We will be selling 1L containers for $20.
$15 goes to support the Vancouver Aquarium during these tough times.
